Changes to Registration / Cancellation / Refund Policy

  • Changes to registration and cancellation requests must be emailed to [email protected]
  • Registration may be transferred to another delegate
  • Requests for cancellation must be received by the following dates to be eligible for a refund:
    • 100% refund until April 11, 2025
    • 50% refund between April 12 and May 11, 2025
    • No refund after May 11, 2025
    • No refund for Banquet tickets after May 7, 2025
