Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of arrival are subject to a penalty of 1 nights room and taxes.

Guest room reservations where the guest has not arrived on their confirmed arrival date will be cancelled for the entire length of stay, by the Hotel. The party which has guaranteed the reservation will be charged an amount equaling one night of the confirmed guest room rate, plus applicable taxes and 50% of room revenue along with applicable taxes for any remaining nights (i.e. nights 2, 3, 4, etc.).
